Run with me all December!!!!!!!

This post is a little different because we have a challenge for you. All this month I made a goal to take some time out of the day and run a mile every day all this month, and I want YOU to do the same! Take about 30 to 40 minutes and dedicate it to doing some type of cardio, whether it'd be running upstairs or on the treadmill. Anything that gets your heart rate up and you sweating qualifies as a workout as long as you do something for 30 minutes or more, and hey why not get friends involved it's always more motivating when there's someone else there to push you. It's also really really important to know you're limits but still try to push yourself as hard as you can, I believe in you, you just have to believe in yourself!!!!!
